Dashboard: add Pump Limit Override switch to the Booster stage

Surfaces the new switch.butterfly_edfa_rack_amp_pump_override entity that
lifts the pump-1 clamp from 4000 mA to 8000 mA. Shows as unavailable
until the override firmware is flashed to the ESP32.
