Dashboard: stack Control view in operating order (single column)

Browse Source 
Switch the Control view to a single column so the sections render top to
bottom in operating order: Status -> Output -> Seed (Stage 1) ->
Booster (Stage 2) -> Emergency, instead of the 2-column masonry that put
Seed beside Output and Booster below.
